Two DC motor options are available for selection: 2700RPM standard motor and 3800RPM fast high‑speed motor. Rated push‑pull force covers 500N, 1000N and 2000N. The speed ranges from 4 mm/s under full‑load condition to 37 mm/s at no load. Operating voltage accepts 12VDC and 24VDC.
Adopting brushed permanent‑magnet DC motor with mechanical brushed commutation, the actuator changes rotary motion to linear displacement through gear reduction and lead‑screw nut mechanism. Rotation direction is fully reversible by swapping DC power polarity to realize extend and retract actions. Built‑in limit switches automatically cut power at stroke ends to prevent over‑travel damage. The lead‑screw structure provides reliable self‑locking performance to hold position after power off.
Protection class reaches IP65 for dust‑tight and low‑pressure water‑jet resistance. Noise level keeps ≤50dB for quiet operation. Working ambient temperature spans from ‑35℃ to +50℃. Please note this model is for 10% intermittent duty cycle: maximum 2‑minute continuous operation within a 20‑minute cycle, sufficient cooling rest is required. Continuous long‑time running is not allowed.
Service life is approximately 20000‑30000 working cycles under rated load for reference; actual service life varies according to real‑world load, stroke and working frequency. Outer dimension data please refer to official 2D drawings.
Main Applications: Medical devices, industrial automation equipment, adjustable machinery and other compact push‑pull systems.

(1) Q: What kind motors you can provide?
A:For now,we mainly provide Kitchen Hood Motor,DC Motor,Gear Motor,Fan Motor Refrigerator Motor,Hair Dryer Motor Blender Motor Mixer Motor,
Shade Pole Motor,Capacitor Motor,BLDC Motor PMDC Motor,Synchronous Motor,Stepping Motor etc.
(2) Q: Is it possible to visit your factory
A: Sure. But please kindly keep us posted a few days in advance. We need to check our
schedule to see if we are available then.
(3) Q: Can I get some samples
A: It depends. If only a few samples for personal use or replacement, I am afraid it will
be difficult for us to provide, because all of our motors are custom made and no stock
available if there is no further needs. If just sample testing before the official order and
our MOQ, price and other terms are acceptable, we'd love to provide samples.
(4) Q: Is there a MOQ for your motors?
A: Yes. The MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after sample approval.
But it's also okay for us to accept smaller lots like a few dozens, hundreds or thousands
For the initial 3 orders after sample approval.For samples, there is no MOQ requirement. But the less the better (like no more than 5pcs) on condition that the quantity is enough in case any changes needed after initial testing.
