Motor with planetary gearbox, spur gearbox all available
GMP28-385 is a high-performance 28mm DC reduction motor with high-quality carbon brush design, operating voltage range of 6-24V (standard 12V), output speed of 50rpm. The motor is equipped with a precision reduction gearbox, providing two reduction options: planetary gear and spur gear:
Planetary gearbox: transmission efficiency up to 90%, noise less than 45dB
Spur gearbox: strong load capacity, instantaneous load up to 5kg·cm
The motor adopts an all-metal gear structure, which has been hardened and has a service life of more than 3000 hours. Built-in overload protection device, automatic power-off protection when the torque exceeds 0.8N·m.
2. Mechanical structure features
The motor body adopts IP54 protection level design, dustproof and splashproof
The output shaft is a D-type shaft structure (6mm diameter + flat cutting edge)
Built-in double ball bearing support, radial runout is less than 0.03mm
The gearbox uses powder metallurgy gears imported from Japan
Overall machine size: 28mm diameter × 58mm length (excluding shaft)
